Michael Schweiger
Chief Executive Officer, M.Psych
Michael has a strong belief that society is strengthened by diversity and measured by how it cares for its most vulnerable people.
Michael was engaged as a Direct Support Person by Vemvane in 1993, appointed as Co-ordinator in 1995, and has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2004. He has extensive experience designing and implementing innovative services to support people with disabilities.
Joanna Hawser
Manager, B.Com
Joanna is passionate about designing creative supports for individuals seeking a fulfilling life, and then helping them implement and maximise those supports.
After joining Vemvane as a volunteer in 1997, Joanna was appointed as Manager in 2004. She has experience in varying roles of service provision, including direct care, management of services, and long-term planning.
